My Approach

My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in my personal experiences of overcoming significant challenges during my childhood and adolescence, which have had lasting effects into adulthood. These difficult times have shaped my understanding of resilience, empathy, and the transformative power of therapy. Having navigated my own journey of healing, I am passionate about using my experiences to help others facing similar struggles. I bring a unique blend of lived experience and professional training to my practice, allowing me to connect with clients on a deeper level and offer genuine empathy and understanding.
